Outcomes depend on a variety of factors beyond our control, including the strength of the overall
application, competition, and funder or institutional priorities.

Refund Policy Due to the individualized nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once services have begun.
This includes document review, editing, consultations, or other custom support.
Cancellation Policy Clients may reschedule consultations with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or canceled
appointments with less notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.

liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to lost opportunities, funding, or
